RESERVATION

To make a reservation, please email the following information to danaudaunchalets@gmail.com:

For guest making the reservation:
Your full name
Your handphone number
Total number of guests & their full names
(children included)

Choice of chalet(s) from the following list:
Hillside Cottage
Danau Daun Cottage (CURRENTLY CLOSED)
Teratak Air (CURRENTLY CLOSED)
Check in date and check out date
BBQ requests if any:
# BBQ steel nets - RM 5 per piece
# Charcoal - RM 13 per packet (3kg)
For BBQ, food, drinks, cooking equipment / utensils, BBQ tongs, skewers, lighters / matches / fire starters, etc ARE NOT PROVIDED. You are encouraged to bring your own plates, bowls, mugs, forks and spoons (disposable if possible).

If the chalet is available on the requested date, we will reply your email with a quotation and payment details.

Full payment is required to be paid via bank transfer within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

After payment is made, please email us the receipt and we will confirm your reservation. A confirmation slip with your reservation number will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

*All personal data provided will be kept confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to a third party without your consent, unless we are required or authorised to do so by law.

Reservations are not open for
MONDAYS and TUESDAYS.
Reservations can be made via email only.
All payments are accepted via bank transfers only.
Walk-ins are not accepted.
Outside or unregistered guests are not allowed to
enter the premises.

CANCELLATION

Please inform us via email at least 48 hours before your check in date to cancel your reservation with a full refund. Cancellations made within less than the 48 hours are not eligible for any refunds.

For reservations confirmed within two days or less before your check in date, only 40% of total amount paid can be refunded if you wish to cancel your reservation.

If you would like to change your reservation to a different date (depending on availability), please inform us via email at least 48 hours before your check in date.

CHECK IN

EARLIEST CHECK IN TIME: 2:00 P.M.

For the guest who made the reservation, please provide your full name, MyKad / Passport and reservation number during check in.

The key to the chalet is placed near the chalet entrance.

CHECK OUT

LATEST CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00 P.M.

Please ensure that all your belongings are packed and not left behind before leaving the chalet.

Please place the chalet key at the designated point by the chalet's entrance.
